The inverse problem of an elliptic equation with Neumann boundary condition is considered, which is known to be one of the nonlinear ill-posed problems. Specifically, the authors identify two spatially varying coefficients in the equation using the so-called convex energy functionals and Tikhonov regularization. They provide the convergence rate of the regularized solutions under the weak source condition, which does not require \textit{smallness} on the source function. Moreover, they also prove that some source conditions are simply the requirement (or constraint) of the coefficients to be in certain smooth function spaces.
