Let \(X\) be a completely regular Hausdorff space, let \(E, Y\) be Banach spaces and \( C_{rc}(X, E) \) the space of all \(E\)-valued continuous functions on \(X\) with relatively compact supports. \(\mathcal{B}, \mathcal{B} a\) denote the algebra and \(\sigma\)-algebra generated by the zero-sets of \(X\) and \(B(\mathcal{B}, E), \; B(\mathcal{B} a, E)\) all totally \(\mathcal{B}\)-measurable and \(\mathcal{B}a\)-measurable functions \(f: X \to E\). Given a bounded linear operator \(T: C_{rc}(X, E) \to Y\) with \(T', T''\) its conjugate and biconjugate operators, one could interpret \(B(\mathcal{B}, E) \subset (C_{rc}(X, E))'' \) and get a finitely additive representing measure \( \hat{m}: \mathcal{B} \to \mathcal{L}(E, Y'')\) for \(T\). In this paper, assuming some countable additivity properties and some strongly boundedness properties of \(\hat{m}\), the author proves that \(\hat{m}\) can be uniquely extended to \(\bar{m}: \mathcal{B}a \to \mathcal{L}(E, Y)\), which is countably additive in the strong operator topology and the weak\(^*\) operator topology.
