The authors study an elliptic inclusion problem with Neumann boundary conditions, which involves the \(p(x)\)-Laplacian, has discontinuous nonlinearities and depends on a real parameter \(\lambda\). The main result of the paper provides a whole interval for \(\lambda\) on which the corresponding problems possess at least three nontrivial solutions. The obtained result brings a real progress with respect to previous works by improving substantially the range of variable exponents \(p(x)\) that allow to establish this type of results.
