Conditional probability on \(\sigma\)-MV-algebras (Q2565803): Difference between revisions

The authors study conditional probability on \(\sigma\)-complete MV-algebras. Using the generalized Loomis-Sikorski theorem, they find a generalization of the Kolmogorovian theory of conditional probability and conditional expectations of observables. Referring to Mundici's \(\Gamma\)-functor, they present analogous results for Dedekind \(\sigma\)-complete \(\ell\)-groups.
