    The authors prove the existence of a bounded continuous solution \(z\) of the nonlinear equation \[ z(t) = z_ 0 (t) + f \bigl( t,z(t) \bigr) \int_ Ig \bigl( t,s,z(s) \bigr) ds, \] where \(I\) is an unbounded interval, \(f:I \times \mathbb{R} \to \mathbb{R}\) is continuous, and \(g:I \times I \times \mathbb{R} \to \mathbb{R}\) is a Carathéodory function. The main tool is Darbo's fixed point principle for condensing operators.
