In [Acta Math. Sin., Engl. Ser. 18, No. 3, 437--446 (2002; Zbl 1030.53017)], \textit{H. Z. Li} et al. gave a classification of Möbius isoparametric hypersurfaces in spheres with two distinct principal curvatures. In the present paper, the author gives a classification of Laguerre isoparametric hypersurfaces with two distinct nonzero principal curvatures. They fall into two categories: i) The image of a certain space-like isoparametric hypersurface in \(\mathbb{R}^n_0\). Here \( \mathbb{R}^n_0\) denotes a degenerate hyperplane in the Lorentzian space \(\mathbb{R}^{n+1}_1\) dual to a null vector. ii) a cylindrical Dupin hypersurface.
