``The purpose of this paper is to provide a service to the Geometric Modelling community by collecting in one easily accessible place curvature formulas for implicitly defined curves and surfaces.'' The formulas are derived from the more commonly known formulas for parametric curves and surfaces. Included are curvature and torsion for implicit space curves, mean and Gaussian curvature for implicit surfaces, and some extensions to higher dimensions. Among the open questions there are numerical efficiency and robustness.
