The manuscript is an interesting study where a class of initial data was provided for associated effective Hamiltonian and it has a uniform spectral gap for all times. The manuscript is well-written and organized. Their scientific aim is precise, and the paper's title is informative and consistent. The authors clearly outlined the research question. The study methods are valid and trustworthy. There are enough detail and information to replicate the investigation. Besides, the results support the findings. The constraints of the study are not destructive. Briefly, the study provides a simple way to extend the results on the adiabatic theorem for the Landau-Pekar equations and their derivation from the Fröhlich model. The manuscript briefly presented an interesting study, but reference part had to be improved before the acceptance of this manuscript. 1. Generally, authors used less references, but authors had to add some novel references to manuscript with related the Fröhlich polaron is a quantum model, and expand the introduction with following papers for attracting the mathematics and physics community interest: -- [\textit{R. L. Frank} and \textit{Z. Gang}, J. Funct. Anal. 279, No. 7, Article ID 108631, 42 p. (2020; Zbl 1445.35128)] -- [\textit{M. Falconi}, Math. Phys. Anal. Geom. 18, No. 1, Article ID 2, 18 p. (2015; Zbl 1337.47033)].
