Clifford analysis is a generalization of complex analysis and Hamiltonians. In this paper, an overview of some properties of the Clifford and Fourier analysis is discussed. Some new classes of Gegenbauer-Jacobi polynomials with 2-parameters weight functions in the framework of Clifford analysis are developed and applied to introduce some new wavelets. Also, the two parameters Clifford weight function is applied to the case of Legendre and Tchebyshev polynomials.
