In this paper, let \(F\) be an algebraically closed field of prime characteristic \(p > 3\), the not necessarily restricted modules for a restricted Lie color algebra \(g\) is studied. The author defines the \(p\)-characters for the locally finite simple \(g\)-modules, and studies the \(\chi\)-reduced enveloping algebras and their PBW-type basis. The author then defines the reductive Lie color algebras and FP triples, and studies the representations associated with FP triples. As an application, it is given that an analogue of the Kac-Weisfeiler theorem, and it is determined that the simplicity of the baby Verma module for the general linear Lie color algebra \(g = gl(V )\).
