This paper is a continuation of part I by \textit{Z. Reichstein} and \textit{N. Vonessen}, [J. Algebra 310, No. 2, 624-647 (2007; Zbl 1117.16013)]. The main goal of the paper is to extend the results of the above cited paper to the case of algebras over a field of positive characteristic. The author gives a detailed list of the results from the former paper that are indeed characteristic-free. Where necessary he supplies the corresponding proofs. It must be stressed that the former paper dealt with the case of characteristic 0, and in several instances the authors had to assume the field being of characteristic 0 in order to proceed with the proofs. Here it is shown that in most of the instances one can claim the results in a much more general form.
