The author investigates the structure of the set of semistar operations \(\mathrm{SStar}(D)\) and the set of star operations \(\mathrm{Star}(D)\) on a semilocal Prüfer domain \(D,\) as sets and as partially orderded sets. He shows that the structure of \(\mathrm{SStar}(D)\) depends on the sets of fractional star operations over \(T,\) where \(T\) is an element of the standard decomposition of \(D.\) He also characterize semilocal Prüfer domains with isomorphic sets of semistar operations. Moreover, he shows that the cardinality of the set of semistar operations of a semilocal Prüfer, h-local domain with \(n\) maximal ideals is a polynomial of degree \(n.2^{n-1}\) in the number of semistar operations on its localizations.
