Local properties of fractional parabolic De Giorgi classes of order \(s, p\) (Q6108679): Difference between revisions

In this interesting note, the author discusses homogeneous fractional parabolic De Giorgi classes of order \(s, p\) establishing the nonlocal weak Harnack estimate with a time gap of order \(sp\). We recall that the elliptic case were studied in his seminal paper by \textit{M. Cozzi} [J. Funct. Anal. 272, No. 11, 4762--4837 (2017; Zbl 1366.49040)]. The proof is based on expansion of positivity in the nonlocal framework by-passing the Krylov-Safonov covering argument. In this paper the local boundedness and the semicontinuity property are also proved following the De Giorgi approach.
