The authors find and study the solution to certain nonlinear system of two functional equations, which involve the Riemann-Liouville derivative in the space of tempered distributions. The authors give sufficient conditions for the existence of mild, non-impact and classical solution of such system. The mentioned system is motivated by the dynamics of a physical process in an anomalous media. On the other hand, the authors consider the existence and uniqueness of a solution to a linear fractional differential equation.
