The Brauer's second main theorem (Q1204890): Difference between revisions

Let \(G\) be a finite group, \(p\) be a prime, \(\pi\) be a \(p\)-element of \(G\), \(B\) be a \(p\)-block of \(G\), \(b\) be a \(p\)-block of \(C_ G(\pi)\). A manner of checking the equality \(b^ G = B\) is found. This manner of checking is a consequence of new orthogonality relations for \(p\)-blocks of \(G\) which are found in the paper.
