A generalized dynamical system is considered and it is called a ``set-valued process''. Invariance viability is defined for such systems. Various properties of attractors are defined and studied. In particular, compactness of trajectories of set-valued processes are obtained (this generalizes well-known results of Borloshin-Roxin).
