    The paper extends the biorthogonal systems of the Moore-Penrose inverse [\textit{M. Fiedler}, Linear Algebra Appl. 363, 137--143 (2003; Zbl 1022.15004)], \(g\)-inverse [cf. \textit{M. Matsuura}, Electron. J. Linear Algebra 10, 146--154, electronic only (2003; Zbl 1043.15001)] and the Drazin inverse [\textit{B. Zheng} and \textit{Z. Xu}, J. Appl. Math. Comput. 22, No. 3, 365--370 (2006; Zbl 1112.15014)] to the \{2\}-inverse \(A_{T,S}^{\left( 2\right) }\) of a matrix \(A \) which has prescribed range \(T\) and null space \(S\).
