    The author continues the investigations on twisted \(q\)-Bernoulli numbers, zeta functions and \(L\)-functions of \textit{T. Kim} [Adv. Stud. Contemp. Math. 11, No. 2, 157--162 (2005; Zbl 1197.11026), Russ. J. Math. Phys. 12, No. 2, 186--196 (2005; Zbl 1190.11049)], \textit{T. Kim}, \textit{S.-H. Rim} et al. [Adv. Stud. Contemp. Math. 10, No. 1, 1--6 (2005; Zbl 1099.11070), Far East J. Appl. Math. 13, No. 1, 13--21 (2003; Zbl 1046.11009)], \textit{P. T. Young} [J. Number Theory 98, No. 1, 67--88 (2003; Zbl 1067.11076)] and the author [J. Korean Math. Soc. 40, No. 6, 963--975 (2003; Zbl 1043.11066), Bull. Korean Math. Soc. 41, No. 2, 299--306 (2004; Zbl 1143.11305), Adv. Stud. Contemp. Math. 11, No. 2, 205--218 (2005; Zbl 1178.11058), J. Number Theory 110, No. 2, 267--278 (2005; Zbl 1114.11019)]. In the paper, he defines twisted \((h, q)\)-Hurwitz zeta functions and twisted \((h, q)\)-two variable \(L\)-functions and, using generating function of the \((h, q)\)-Bernoulli polynomials, constructs integral representations for these functions. For example, if \[ \zeta_{w, q}^{(h)}(s, x)=\sum_{n=0}^\infty{w^nq^{nh} \over (n+x)^s}-{h \log q \over s-1}\sum_{n=0}^\infty{w^nq^{nh} \over (n+x)^{s-1}}, \quad s\in \mathbb{C}, \quad x\in \mathbb{R}^+, \] is the twisted \((h, q)\)-Hurwitz zeta function, then the author proves that, for \(n\in \mathbb{Z}^+\), \[ \zeta_{w, q}^{(h)}(1-n, x)=-{B_{n, w}^{(h)}(x: q)\over n}, \] where \(B_{n, w}^{(h)}(x: q)\) denotes the Bernoulli polynomials.
