Let \(M\) be a compact flat Riemannian manifold with holonomy group \(\mathbb Z_2^k= \mathbb Z_2\oplus\dots\oplus\mathbb Z_2\) of dimension \(n\). Let \(\Delta:=\bigoplus_p\Delta_p\) be the full Hodge-Laplace operator acting on differential forms of all degrees. The authors derive a formula for \(\text{Spec}(M,\Delta)\) in terms of the associated lattices of translations and use this formula to construct families of generalized Hantzsche-Wendt flat manifolds which are pairwise \(\Delta\)-isospectral and non-homeomorphic. The authors also discuss isospectral questions with respect to certain Dirac operators.
