The \(n\)th-order mixed neutral functional differential equation \[ [x(t) + \lambda a x(t-\tau) + \mu b x(t+\tau) ]^{(n)} + \delta \Bigl( \int_c^d q(t,\xi) x(t-\xi) d\xi + \int_c^d p(t,\xi) x(t+\xi) d\xi \Bigr) = 0\tag{*} \] is considered, where \(\delta=\pm1\), \(\lambda=\pm1\), \(\mu=\pm1\), \(a\) and \(b\) are nonnegative real numbers, \(\tau\) is positive real number, \(p\), \(q \in C([t_0,\infty)\times[c,d])\) are nonnegative periodic functions of \(t\) with period \(\tau\). Several sufficient conditions for all solutions to be oscillatory are obtained.
