In this paper, the authors introduce new trace formulas similar to the well-known Grothendieck-Lidskii formulas. For this purpose, the authors study some properties of quasinormed operator ideals \(N_{r,p}\), where \(0<r\leq 1\) and \(1\leq p\leq 2\), and approximation properties \(AP_{r,p}\) of Banach spaces. As a result, the authors give a negative answer to Pietsch's question: for \(0<s<1\) and \(T:X\to X\), is it true that the operator \(T\) is s-nuclear if its adjoint \(T^{*}\) is \(s\)-nuclear?
