    This paper deals with the following three dimensional incompressible fluid model \[ \partial_t \phi+\mathbf{v}\cdot \nabla \phi=0, \] \[ \partial_t \mathbf{v}+(\mathbf{v}\cdot \nabla)\mathbf{v}-\Delta \mathbf{v}+\nabla p= -\text{div}(\nabla \phi \otimes \nabla \phi), \] \[ \text{div }\mathbf{v}=0, \] \[ (\phi,\mathbf{v})=(\phi_0,\mathbf{v}_0), \] for \((t,x)\in \mathbb{R}^+\times \mathbb{R}^3\), with \(\phi,\mathbf{v}\) and \(p\) representing the scalar potential, the velocity and the pressure of the fluid, respectively. Supposing that the initial data are close to some equilibrium states, the authors prove that the considered problem has a unique global solution \((\psi,\mathbf{v}, \nabla p)\), where \(\psi=\phi-x_3\).
