The author answers some questions which were raised by many other authors. Let \(f\) be a holomorphic endomorphism of \(\mathbb{CP}^{2}\), of degree \(d\geq 2\). The Julia set \(J_{1}\) is the locus of non-normality of its iterates \((f^{n})_{n\geq 0}\), and the (typically) smaller Julia set \(J_{2}\) is essentially the closure of the set of repelling periodic orbits. In the paper under review, the question is raised whether the Green current \(T\) is laminar in \(J_{1}\backslash J_{2}\). It is found that this is not the case in general. The author constructs explicit examples of endomorphisms of \(\mathbb{P}^{2}\) (actually polynomial on \(\mathbb{C}^{2}\)) such that the Green current is not laminar outside \(J_{2}\), even in a very weak sense. The author shows that the negative answer to the laminarity problem works in higher dimension as well. Given a holomorphic endomorphism of \(\mathbb{P}^{k}\) of degree \(d\) with Green current \(T\), the author defines its \(q\)th Julia set by \(J_{q} = \mathrm{Supp} (T_{q} )\). Then it may be asked whether for \(1\leq q \leq k-1\), \(J_{q}\backslash J_{q+1}\) can be filled with Fatou disks of codimension \(q\). It is shown that \(T^{q}_{F}\) is not laminated by Fatou disks of codimension \(q\).
