This nice paper proves that minimizers of the anisotropic fractional isoperimetric inequality attached to a Euclidean convex body \(K\) are equivalent to star bodies as \(K\) is strictly convex and unconditional, thereby deriving a Pòlya-Szegő principle for anisotropic fractional seminorms through symmetrization with respect to star bodies.
