In the presented article the authors introduce two fractional models of diabetic inhabitants, starting with pre-diabetes to diabetes with complications. The first fractional model discusses without remission parameters, whereas the second fractional model considers the parameters. The solutions of the fractional-order system of differential equations are uniformly bounded and non-negative. One can observe from the graphs that the fractional parameter $\alpha$ takes a lot more impact on approaching the critical points and has great importance in modeling the dynamic system. The study on the solutions' stability shows that the fractional-order model is as stable as its integer-order counterpart. Finally, the Chebyshev collocation method has been used for the numerical simulation. A significant advantage of the technique is its exponential convergence.
