Let \(Q=k[x_1,\ldots,x_n]\) be the polynomial ring over a field \(k\) and \(I\) the edge ideal of a forest in \,\(Q\). The author show that the Koszul homology algebra of the \(Q\)-module \(Q/I\) is generated by the lowest linear strand. This result is obtained by constructing the minimal graded free resolution of \(Q/I\) via the so called iterated mapping cone construction and, by using the established explicit bases of Koszul homology given by Herzog and Maleki. The result provides a large class of Koszul algebras \(R\) whose Koszul homology algebras \(H(R)\) satisfy this property, i.e., certain parts of \(H(R)\) are generated by the lowest linear strand.
