Let \(X\) be a compact toric manifold endowed with a non-negative symplectic form \(\omega \) satisfying \(\frac{[\omega ]}{2\pi }-\frac{c_1(X)}{2}\in H^2(X,\mathbb{Z})\). The present paper is devoted to half-form Kähler quantization of the pair \((X, \omega )\). The half-form correction ensures a good behavior of the \(L^2\)-normalized sections in the limit of degenerating complex structure and this is in agreement with some previous examples: finite-dimensional vector spaces and abelian varieties. One of the primary motivation for including the half-form quantization is that it allows for a canonical pairing between quantizations associated to different complex structures. This pairing is known as the Blattner-Konstant-Sternberg (BKS) pairing. For the present framework it is obtained that the BKS pairing between Kähler polarizations is not unitary in general and that the unitary connection induced by this pairing is flat.
