The author considers the three-dimensional steady supersonic isothermal or isentropic flow described by Euler equations and non-monotone van der Waals state equation. The liquid-vapor phase transitions can occur. Subsonic phase transitions are a new type of discontinuous solution, possible due to non-monotonicity of the state equation. The viscosity capillarity criterion is used to seek physically admissable solutions. The existence of the subsonic phase change solution is proved using an iteration scheme.
