The purpose of the paper is the study of the existence and uniqueness of generalized solutions, in the framework of Colombeau's generalized functions, of the following Cauchy problems \[ \begin{aligned} &u_{t}=\Delta _{x}u+a\cdot \nabla _{x}f(u)+g(u),\quad 0<t<T,\;x\in \mathbb{R}^{d}, \\ &u| _{t=0}=u_{0}, \qquad x\in \mathbb{R}^{d}, \end{aligned}\tag{1} \] and \[ \begin{aligned} &u_{t}=a\cdot \nabla _{x}(b_{1}(t,x)u)+b_{2}(t,x)u,\quad -T<t<T,\;x\in \mathbb{R}^{d}, \\ &u| _{t=0}=u_{0},\qquad x\in \mathbb{R}^{d} . \end{aligned} \tag{2} \] These problems are formulated as difference partial differential equations in \textit{Yu. V. Egorov's} formulation [Russ. Math. Surv. 45, 1-49 (1990; Zbl 0754.46034)] with respect to the space variables \(x\). The solutions are shown to exist, respectively, in the Colombeau algebras \( \mathcal{G}_{s,g}[0,T]\times \mathbb{R}^{d}]\) and \(\mathcal{G} _{s,g}[-T,T]\times \mathbb{R}^{d}].\) The author also investigates when such generalized solutions are associated with classical solutions.
