This paper is mainly concerned with some qualitative properties of nonradial singular solutions for a class of biharmonic problems with supercritical exponent. The authors establish the existence of infinitely many such solutions. Their arguments strongly rely on a gluing method for fourth-order ordinary differential equations. In the reviewer's opinion, the methods developed in this paper can be extended to other classes of nonlinear problems.
