For a symplectic manifold \((M,\omega)\), a deformation quantization algebra is \(C^\infty (M)[[\overline h]]\) with a new associative product: \[ f\star g=fg+\sum_{k=1}^\infty(i\overline h)^kP_k(f,g), \] where \(1\star f=f\star 1=f\), \(P_k\) are bidifferential operators, and \({1\over {i\overline h}}(f\star g-g\star f)=\{f,g\} \pmod{\overline h}\), \(\{f,g\}\) being the Poisson bracket associated to \(\omega\). In this context, developing the ideas of Bressler and Soibelman and of Karabegov, the author introduces a notion of an oscillatory module on a symplectic manifold which is a sheaf of modules over the sheaf of deformation quantization algebras with an additional structure. The author concludes the paper by comparing the category of oscillatory modules on a torus to the Fukaya category as computed by Polishchuk and Zaslow.
