The paper under review is devoted to systems of ordinary differential equations with right-hand sides Laurent polynomials in non-commutative variables. One example of such system was communicated to authors by M. Kontsevich. For this system, a Lax representation with a spectral parameter is obtained. The corresponding Lax \(L\)-operator generates infinitely many integrals of motion. Also, a pre-Hamiltonian operator is found that maps gradients of first integrals to symmetries, and this fact yields the integrability of the system.
