Boundary layer solutions are presented to investigate the steady flow and heat transfer characteristics from a continuous flat surface moving in a parallel free stream of micropolar fluid. Numerical results are presented for the distribution of velocity, micro-rotation and temperature profiles within the boundary layer. The groupings of the material properties of the fluid were allowed to vary over a wide range.
