The paper is devoted to the development of the singular Weyl-Titchmarsh-Kodaira theory for one-dimensional Dirac operators determined by the differential expression \[ \tau :=\frac{1}{i}\sigma_2\frac{\mathrm{d}}{\mathrm{d}x}+Q(x), \] where the potential matrix \(Q(x)\) is given by \[ Q(x)=q_{\mathrm{el}}(x)\text{\textbf{1}}+q_{\mathrm{am}}(x)\sigma_1+(m+q_{\mathrm{sc}}(x))\sigma_3 \] with the Pauli matrices \[ \sigma_1=\begin{pmatrix} 0 & 1\\ 1 & 0 \end{pmatrix},\quad \sigma_2=\begin{pmatrix} 0 & -i\\ i & 0 \end{pmatrix},\quad \sigma_3=\begin{pmatrix} 1 & 0\\ 0 & -1 \end{pmatrix}. \] The Dirac operators are considered on the Hilbert space \(L^2(I,\mathbb{C}^2)\), where \(I=(a,b)\subseteq\mathbb{R}\) is an arbitrary interval (with \(-\infty\leq a<b\leq\infty\)). The paper consists of nine sections. In Section 2, the existence of a spectral measure and the corresponding spectral transform is derived. In Section 3, a connection with the theory of one-dimensional Schrödinger operators is given in the case when the Dirac operator is supersymmetric, i.e., \(q_{\mathrm{el}}=q_{\mathrm{sc}}\equiv0\). In Section 4, an unperturbed radial Dirac operator is investigated. In Section 5, some properties of the corresponding \(M(\lambda)\) Weyl function are established in the case, when \(\tau\) is in the limit circle case at \(a\). In Section 6, a growth order of solutions is discussed. In Section 7, a local Borg-Marchenko uniqueness result is obtained when the Dirac operator is in the standard form, i.e., normalized such that \(q_{\mathrm{el}}\equiv0\). In Section 8, the free radial Dirac operator in the supersymmetric case with symmetric real-valued potentials \(Q(x)\) on \((0,b)\) is considered. Finally, it is shown that in the case of purely discrete spectra the spectral measure uniquely determines the operator, which is used to establish a general Hochstadt-Lieberman-type uniqueness result.
