The authors study the global injectivity and multiple equilibria in uni- and bi-molecular reaction networks governed by mass action kinetics. Several theorems and lemmas are proved in order to establish the global inequalities which can also be used for designing sufficient conditions for injectivity and uniqueness of chemical reaction systems. Illustrations are given to develop sufficient conditions for injectivity and multistable system based on the reaction network. The paper is an important milestone in synthetic biology.
