The author considers a system of spinless fermions on a one-dimensional lattice with a quasi-random disorder described by a quasi-periodic almost-Mathieu potential \(\phi_x=u\cos 2\pi(\omega x+\theta)\), \(\omega\) irrational, and interacting via a short range potential with coupling \(U\). Exponential decay of the zero temperature correlations is established, indicating localization of the interacting ground state, for weak hopping and interaction and almost everywhere in the frequency and phase.
