This paper deals with a RKDG method for computational electromagnetics that, for any given \(k\geq 0\), attains \(k+1\) order of convergence in both space and time while maintaining the time-step proportional to the mesh-size. The main feature of this method resides in the time-integration procedure for which it resorts to a suitable extension to non-autonomous systems. Several numerical examples confirm the predicted high-order rates of convergence.
