    The authors study the first-order dynamic equation \[ u^{\triangle}(t)+p(t) u(t) = \lambda f(t,u(\sigma(t))) , \quad 0 < t < T, \, t \in \mathbb{T}, \] satisfying the condition \[ u(0) = \sum_{i=1}^{m}\alpha_i u(\xi_i) \] in the non-resonant case. Existence results for positive solutions are obtained by applying cone-theoretic theorems and properties of the exponential function on time scales.
