The authors use the variational iteration method to solve first order fuzzy differential equations. Since any ordinary fuzzy differential equation of higher order can be converted into a first order fuzzy system, the method can be used in order to solve \(n\)-th order fuzzy differential equations. The convergence of this method is proved. Several illustrating examples are presented.
