The author continues the study of discrete mechanical systems with a non-trivial mass matrix subjected to perfect unilateral constraints described by geometrical inequalities. The transmission of velocities at impacts is assumed here to be partially elastic. The time discretization of the second-order differential inclusion proposed in Part I [ibid., 457--503 (2010; Zbl 1278.70012)] is generalized to the partially elastic case, and its convergence is proved.
