Existence of equilibria is proved for non-compact generalized games in which the \(L\)-majorized mappings need not be lower semicontinuous, the constraint mappings may only be either lower or upper semicontinuous and the set of players need not be countable. The underlying spaces are infinite-dimensional locally convex topological vector spaces.
