Solvability of functional-differential equations with fractional derivatives (Q5951212): Difference between revisions

The author considers the equation \[ \Biggl(D_t- \sum^n_{k=0} \sum^m_{j=0} A_{kj} S_{h_{kj}} D^{\beta_k}_t\Biggr) u(t)= f(t), \] where \(A_{kj}\) are bounded operators \(X\to Y\) (\(X\subset Y\), both Hilbert space), \(S_h u(t)= u(t- h)\), \(D^\beta_t\) are fractional derivatives, \(\beta\in (0,1)\), and where \(f\) takes values in \(Y\). A more complicated nonautonomous version is also analyzed. Under hypotheses, too lengthy to be stated here, existence and uniqueness results are given.
