The authors give new properties of the zeros of the Stieltjes-Wigert polynomials and reformulate and extend some known results from the restricted domain \(0<q<1/4\) to the full domain \(0<q<1\). They also prove that for sufficiently large \(n\), the function \(i_{n}(q)q^{2n-1}\) (\(i_{n}(q)\) are the zeros of \(q\)-Airy function) is an analytic function of \(q^{n}\) and its Taylor series is a complete asymptotic expansion in \(q^{n}\). They compute the first few terms in this expansion and observe certain conjectures about the symmetries of the coefficients. Also, they study the zeros of the entire function \(G(x,a;q)\) which is connected with \(q\)-Bessel functions \(J_{\nu}^{(1)}\), \(J_{\nu}^{(2)}\).
