The author classifies all elliptic fibrations on the universal family over \(\Gamma_1(7)\). This universal family is a \(K3\) surface, and therefore may admit more than one fibration. The author shows that there are 20 fibrations up to automorphisms. The author uses a lattice-theoretic approach to determine all the fibrations. In the second part the author gives explicit equations for each of the 20 fibrations.
