This paper deals with hemivariational inequalities with nonlinear operators (the \(p\)-Laplacian) and non-local terms. The authors assume no continuity conditions on the non-local term but only growth conditions on the data and prove that the set of the solutions is nonempty, bounded (in \(W^{1,p}_0\)) contains minimal and maximal elements. The proof combine existence results for auxiliary, hemivariational (local) inequalities its, based on surjectivity results for multivalued, pseudomonotone and coercive operators, and an abstract existence result, in ordered Banach spaces, proved by the second author [Nonlinear Anal., Theory Methods Appl. 59, No. 7 (A), 1033--1044 (2004; Zbl 1078.47028)].
