A complete description of the dynamic of tilted spatially homogeneous cosmologies of Bianchi-type II is given. Tilted means, the fluid velocity vector is not orthogonal to the group velocities. The Einstein field equations reduce to an autonomous differential equation on a five dimensional compact subset of \(\mathbb{R}^6\).
