The author applies his previously developed abstract theory [Part I, this J. 256, No. 1, 281-303 (2001; Zbl 0973.35144)] to the model of two-channel Hamiltonian with one-dimensional Schroedinger operators as component Hamiltonians. Under the assumption of sufficient decay of potentials the expansions of the resolvent and scattering matrix are derived as the energy parameter tends to the threshold zero. Generalizations to multidimensional case and Schroedinger operators with constant magnetic field are briefly discussed.
