A vector-valued function with accurate \(p\) satisfies a refinement equation. How to characterize accuracy via its symbol is an unsolved question. In this paper, the authors present the accuracy conditions in frequency domain. By using the accuracy conditions, they construct the superfuction that is very important to characterize approximation of shift-invariant space.
