    An adaptive Newton-Ulm method for large scale nonlinear equations which is free of inversion of the Jacobian is proposed. The framework of the incomplete Newton-Ulm method as well as an analysis of the convergence conditions and convergence rates are given. Results of numerical experiments are given.
