Some fluid-dynamic models for electron transport near a Dirac point in graphene are derived. The author starts from a kinetic model constituted by a set of spinorial Wigner equations, makes an scaling of the model and builds moment equations. In addition, a minimum entropy principle is used to close the set of equations. In order to obtain the final models, the semiclassical approximation, the low scaled fermi speed (LSFS) and strongly mixed state (SMS) are used.
